Quick questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. In your Profile, under Your plan. Future charges stop right away and you keep the plan until the end of the period you already paid for; then the account goes back to free. No fee.
What if I change my mind?
You have 7 days to withdraw, counted from the subscription or from each payment (whichever is later), and get your money back, under Brazil's Consumer Protection Code (art. 49). Write to the email in the footer.
How does the 7-day trial work?
On your first subscription the plan starts right away and the first charge is due after 7 days. Once per person.
Which payment methods?
PIX, boleto and credit card, through Asaas. With a card, renewals are charged automatically.
What happens when the minutes run out?
Chat closes until midnight (Brasília time). Lessons stay open.
